Most of our Performance® Pillows feature a removable, washable cover, making it easy to keep fresh and clean.
- Unzip and remove the cover.
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
- For best results, we recommend hanging your pillow cover to air dry.
- However, if you prefer to use a dryer, be sure to tumble dry on low heat only.
- Do not wash the inner pillow fills—these are spot clean only.
- Do not bleach, iron, dry clean, or use fabric softener.
Pillows that do not feature a removable cover should be spot cleaned only.

What are the dimensions?
Most BEDGEAR pillows are available in 4 sizes, or heights, depending on body size and sleep position preference. The sizes are: 0.0 for extra-small/small body types; back/stomach sleepers, 1.0 for small/medium body types; back/side sleepers, 2.0 for medium/large body types; back/side sleepers, 3.0 for large/extra-large body types; side sleepers. The Air-X breathable mesh sides and patches keep the air flowing in and around the pillow to help the body naturally regulate its temperature.
