Care

Most of our Performance® Pillows feature a removable, washable cover, making it easy to keep fresh and clean.

  • Unzip and remove the cover.
  • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
  • For best results, we recommend hanging your pillow cover to air dry. However, if you prefer to use a dryer, be sure to tumble dry on low heat only.
  • Do not wash the inner pillow fills—these are spot clean only.
  • Do not bleach, iron, dry clean, or use fabric softener.

Pillows that do not feature a removable cover should be spot cleaned only.

Shipping

We currently ship across United Arab Emirates. Shipping is FREE except for locations in remote areas in the UAE, an additional AED 20 will be charged

Warranty

All cases where the care instructions included with the product are not followed will void your warranty. Performance Mattresses® include a 10-year warranty

Returns

: If you have purchased a Performance pillow and are not completely satisfied, you may return your pillow within 30 days from your original date of delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping.
